Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours (email@example.com) if the product is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item.
Your item must be in the original packaging, unused and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be notified by email once your returned goods have been received.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Please note we will not be able to offer refunds if your candle has been lit incorrectly and our candle care guidelines have not been followed. On inspection, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card (or original method of payment) within a few days. Please note refunds exclude gift card products.
Hand made noted products such as candles, melt burners and coasters (list not exhaustive) are subject to slight imperfections which is part of the production process, no refunds will be granted based on these matters.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
